Red Rice (Unpolished)

Organic unpolished red rice with its natural reddish bran intact, a nutty flavour and a pleasantly chewy bite. It's a staple in Kerala, coastal Karnataka and many other regional kitchens. Each 1kg pack is carefully sourced and delivered across Mumbai.

Ways to use

• With fish curry, sambar or rasam
• Kanji
• Rice bowls with vegetables and a fried egg
• Cold rice salads

Storage tip: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Rinse and soak before cooking, and allow more cooking time than white rice.
