Max Green Farms is an Indian-based farm-to-home brand delivering fresh produce, organic dry goods, and curated hampers. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Services
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Product images are for representation only. Actual items may vary slightly in appearance.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders
All orders must be placed through our website and are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders can be placed during store operating hours and will be delivered within 2–4 hours, unless placed after closing hours, in which case they will be processed and delivered the next day.
Max Green Farms reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept prepaid orders only. Payment must be completed at checkout through our secure payment gateway.
Do not pay any delivery fees to the delivery partner. All delivery charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are handled by trusted delivery partners. For complete shipping details, refer to our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather) will be communicated proactively.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh produce, we do not accept returns.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence at sales@maxgreenfarms.com or via WhatsApp.
Refunds, credits, or replacements will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed in advance and delivered as per the selected schedule.
You may pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription by contacting our team at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Max Green Farms and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law
