Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Max Green Farms, we take pride in delivering the freshest, highest-quality produce and pantry essentials. We understand that sometimes plans change, and issues may arise. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
Fresh Produce & Perishables:
Orders for fresh produce and perishable items cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched due to their highly perishable nature.
Dry Goods (Grains, Pulses, etc.):
You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Subscription Orders:
You can pause, reschedule, or cancel a subscription by notifying us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer refunds for delivered items unless there is an issue with the product. We are happy to offer a refund, credit, or replacement in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or spoiled item
- You received the wrong item or the order is incomplete
To request a refund or replacement:
Contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order
Share your order number and clear photos of the product(s) in question

3. Refund Method & Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
4. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Requests made after 2 hours of delivery
Items that are used, tampered with, or consumed
Issues caused due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Delivery refusals without valid reason
