At Max Green Farms, we’re committed to delivering the freshest, healthiest produce and pantry essentials directly to your doorstep with care and speed. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Mumbai. To check if we deliver to your location, please enter your PIN code at checkout or contact our support team.

2. Delivery Timelines
All Orders (Fresh Produce & Dry Goods):
Orders placed during store hours will be delivered within 2–4 hours on the same day.
Orders placed after store closing will be processed and delivered the next day.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your postal code and will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery Partners
All orders—both fresh produce and dry goods—are delivered via trusted delivery partners. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders are prepaid, and we strongly advise not to pay any delivery charges to the delivery partner. If you are asked to do so, please contact us immediately.
