Protein Atta brings together Khapli (Emmer) wheat, one of the world's oldest cultivated grains, with the nutritional power of Bengal gram, soy, and finger millet (ragi). The result is a flour that fits seamlessly into your daily cooking while delivering significantly more protein and fiber than regular wheat atta. Khapli wheat has been grown on the Indian subcontinent for thousands of years.
Unlike modern hybrid wheat, it is naturally hardy, lower on the glycaemic index, and richer in micronutrients. We slow-mill our atta to preserve the integrity of every grain (its natural taste, texture, and nourishment) because we believe good food shouldn't need anything added or taken away.
