Try this

1. Slice the cucumber and lemon thin.
2. Add a few mint leaves to a jug of water.
3. Drop in the cucumber and lemon slices.
4. Leave overnight in the fridge and drink the next day.

Approx. per glass: 8 kcal, 0.3g protein, 1.5g carbs, 0.4g fibre.

Add chia seeds
Not included in this kit. A spoon added to the jug before chilling gives the water a little texture. Our Chia Seeds come in a 350gm pack.
