Ways to use
Grind and add a spoonful to roti or paratha dough
Stir into smoothies and overnight oats
Dry-roast with salt for a crunchy mukhwas
Use in baking: 1 tbsp ground flax in 3 tbsp water replaces one egg
Storage tip: Store whole seeds in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Keep ground flax in the fridge and use it within a couple of weeks.
