Crisp, aromatic celery grown hydroponically and residue-free at our farm near Mumbai. The stalks and leaves are both full of fresh, savoury flavour, and each 50g pack is packed and delivered fresh to your kitchen.

Ways to use

• Chop into soups, stocks and fried rice
• Slice into salads and slaws
• Stir-fry with vegetables or noodles
• Blend into juices and smoothies
• Use the leaves like a herb for garnish

Storage tip: Wrap in a dry paper towel or foil and refrigerate in the crisper drawer. Wash just before use.
