Broccoli (250g)

Firm, bright green broccoli with tight florets and a clean, fresh crunch. Each 250g pack is quality-checked and delivered fresh across Mumbai, ready to steam, roast or stir-fry.

Ways to use

• Stir-fry with garlic, soy and chilli
• Roast with olive oil and salt until the edges crisp
• Add to pasta or mac and cheese
• Blend into a creamy soup
• Blanch for salads and bowls

Storage tip: Refrigerate unwashed and loosely wrapped in the crisper drawer, and use within a few days. Peel and slice the stem too, it cooks just like the florets.
