Basmati Rice (Unpolished)

Organic long-grain basmati rice, left unpolished so the grains keep their outer bran layer and a slightly nutty flavour. It cooks up fragrant and fluffy for everyday meals and special ones alike. Each 1kg pack is carefully sourced and delivered across Mumbai.

Ways to use

• Biryani and pulao
• Jeera rice
• Plain steamed rice with dal and sabzi
• Fried rice

Storage tip: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Rinse well and soak for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking. Unpolished rice may need a little more water and time than polished rice.
