Bajra Atta / Pearl Millet Flour

Organic bajra atta, ground from pearl millet, with an earthy, slightly sweet flavour. It's traditionally used for bhakri and rotlas, especially in the cooler months. Each 1kg pack is carefully sourced and delivered across Mumbai.

Ways to use

• Bajra bhakri or rotla with ghee and jaggery
• Mix with wheat flour for theplas
• Dhebra
• Bajra laddoos

Storage tip: Millet flours are best used fresh. Store in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge in humid weather.
